Get inspired and receive support as each week you can opt-in for a live Focus & Flow Lab and for a live Co-Flow CoWork Café. Led by Jeffrey Davis, contributor at PsychologyToday.com and author of TRACKING WONDER: Reclaiming a Life of Meaning & Possibility in a World Obsessed with Productivity.
In twice-a-week Live Focus & Flow Labs & Co-Flow Cowork Cafés, you and the F&F Cohort will review the week’s trainings and gain additional tips from Jeffrey’s practices. You’ll connect with others through conversation and Q&A. In the Co-Flow CoWork Cafés, Jeffrey will guide you through the Focus & Flow Method in unique co-work sessions. You will receive recordings of each session.
Note: You do not need to attend any or all of the Live Labs or CoFlow CoWork Cafés to benefit from the course – which is delivered asynchronously.
