We will be meeting at the South Congress Hotel in their Milton Suite. We will set up individual Lab stations for each attendee plus we will have tables and chairs set up for group work.

Travel

Flying

We recommend flying into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

Ground Transportation

Taxis, ride-share, public transportation, and car services are available. 

Also, if you wish to explore beyond downtown Austin, we recommend renting a car. Please note that if you are renting a car or driving and are staying at the South Congress Hotel, a parking fee does apply.

We have partnered with the South Congress Hotel where the Lab is being held to secure a discounted nightly rate for you from the evening of Sunday,February 17th through Thursday, February 21st.

For their River City room, you will pay just $249 per night. This rate is good only if you book by December 19, 2018 so please don’t delay in booking your lodging.

Breakfast

We will provide breakfast on each of the mornings we meet (Monday – Thursday). This breakfast will be provided at Milton Suite in the meeting space. If you have specific dietary restrictions, we are happy to accommodate them. Please let Erin know at info@trackingwonder.com.

Lunch

Dinner

Dinner is your responsibility each day. This is an excellent opportunity for you to get to know the other Lab partners in a more informal setting. We will provide some great nearby options closer to the Lab.

Snacks

We will provide a morning and afternoon snack in our meeting space, that has healthy options and some variety.
