A Special Live Conversation with Jen Louden
Hosted by Jeffrey Davis of Tracking Wonder
How do you bother with what you desire after heartbreak, professional defeats, or sidelining your dreams to raise kids or care for aging parents? Personal growth expert Jennifer Louden faced these questions after a few hellish years that included grief, creative faceplants, and divorce.
It turns out “Why bother?” is not cynical but a challenge to open your mind, heart, and life to what could be next. In Jen Louden’s latest book Why Bother?: Discover the Desire for What’s Next, Jen shows you how tapping into your deepest desires can give you the energy to move forward – even when the world seems in such dire straits.
In this live online conversation, Jeffrey and Jen will
- dive into Jen’s journey as a multi-creative and how she managed to “bother” about her best work while going through a domino of hardships and a triage of trauma triggers
- discuss just what it takes to discover the desire for what’s next in your life
- explore how wonder is an act of regeneration that opens the door to desire
- and more.
What if “why bother?” is not a cynical or ungrateful question, but the most important – and natural – question you can ask?
Join Jeffrey Davis in this exclusive live online conversation with personal growth expert Jennifer Louden on how she faced these questions and sought to answer them for herself in a journey of regeneration.
