Hello,
It’s an honor to welcome you to Soho this season. Truly, I am grateful you are coming to learn, create, incubate, and collaborate at the Lofts at Prince. I’ve chosen this place for its spirit and possibility. This note invites you to arrive with presence, to plan what to bring, and to anticipate your arrival at this place.

Arrive With Presence
New York City is a bustling, lively backdrop for our collaboration for these 4 days. If you are traveling from out-of-town, we strongly recommend you arrive on Sunday, June 24 to settle in and truly arrive ahead of our 4 days of collaborative experimenting and brand artistry.

If you are a member of the Inner Circle, we will meet for dinner on Sunday, June 24th at 6pm.

The entire group will meet in Soho Meet on the 2nd floor of the Lofts at Prince (177 Prince Street, New York, NY 10012) each day at 8am starting on Monday, June 25th.

In the unfortunate chance that you have a travel delay, please keep this number –

Regardless of whatever travel details define your journey here, I invite you to arrive with presence.

What to Expect

• We will begin each day with group breakfast at 8am. We request that you arrive between 8am and 8:15am each day.
• We will break for lunch as a group between 11:30am and 12:30pm each day.
• We will wrap by 6pm on Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday, we will wrap a little early for a special group outing that evening, so expect to be with us until 8-9pm on Wednesday. On Thursday, we will wrap by 3pm. 
• We do have breaks scheduled throughout the day as well. 

You will receive more detailed schedules each morning.

In just a few short days, we will meet at the Lofts at Prince in Soho for the Brand Artistry Lab #1. I hope you are as excited as I am!

If you have not yet sent your dietary restrictions to Erin at info@trackingwonder.com, please do so immediately.

FILMING DAY 1
To capture some of the great connecting and experimenting, we will have a small video crew join us for Monday, June 25th. If you wish for your likeness to not be included, you can let us know ahead of time by sending an email to info@trackingwonder.com, or let us know the morning of June 25, 2018 upon your arrival. 

OTHER DETAILS
If you are making your way into Soho on Sunday, June 24th, please be advised that the NYC Pride March is taking place that day and as a result there are some road closures. You can see more of which roads will be affected here.
